I read the note "Exactly at 4.10 and decided to write to you, because I saw such a phenomenon myself.
It happened on December 30 at 18-30. At that time I was walking out of the store. I don't know what made me look at the sky. I saw a yellow spot in the sky. It was getting bigger and bigger. And this ray. It all lasted about 10 minutes. Then everything disappeared.
