Unusual phenomena in the atmosphere began to be observed since 1983. It is observed annually, until 1988. Some of these phenomena were also observed by neighbors and husband.

On the night of September 19-20, 1983, at exactly 4 o'clock in the morning, I woke up to the barking of dogs and the meowing of cats. I went out on the balcony. in the sky I noticed a small glowing green cloud of indeterminate shape. She went into the room and came out again a minute later.

the sky was completely black-velvet, there were no stars or moon, only a golden circle like the moon. There were colored rainbow rings around it. then this golden circle, together with her rings, moved very quickly to the right, then to the left.

At the same time, I even smiled and saw that a reflection of this smile appeared on the colored rings. Black eyes and a smiling mouth were clearly visible. In these places, the colors have darkened. Even though the sky was dark, all the objects on the ground were clearly distinguishable. Then I felt a strong heartbeat, which made me have to leave the balcony for a while. When, after about 20 seconds, having calmed down, I went out on the balcony again, it seemed to me that the golden circle began to decrease and therefore increase in size. The colored circles were no longer there, the green border remained. As the size increased, the circle turned into an ellipse. The side edges of it stretched out and all this turned into a huge yellow cloud with a green border. Mentally, I wanted to find out where the rainbow rings had gone, and as if in response to this, the cloud sharply narrowed, a wedge formed, inside which these rainbow circles were outlined against the sky. then the picture instantly closed. Suddenly, I began to feel the jets of cold air periodically touching me, although the night was warm. I felt cold, I left the balcony, and when I came out again, a few minutes later, everything disappeared and there was an ordinary starry sky above me. And the moon hung low over the horizon. the golden circle was almost at its zenith. The whole observation lasted 15-20 minutes. Part of this phenomenon was observed by my husband, who was woken up by me, but he quickly went to bed. During the observation, the sky was starless, velvety black.
