8. In which part of the sky was the phenomenon observed: in the northeast
9. In which direction the object was moving: to the northeast.
10.The angle of the place / angular height above the horizon / - 30 degrees, at the beginning - 30 degrees, at the end
- 20 deg
11. The form of the phenomenon: indefinite in the form of a ball
12. Describe in detail the phenomenon: in the center (white) matte clot, on both sides
the sides are symmetrical, similar to the trace of an airplane stripes shaped like butterfly wings.
15. Color: milky.
16. Brightness: Paler than the moon.

COMMENTS TO THE QUESTIONNAIRE OF COMRADE. KOROLKOVA V.G.
The description of the anomalous phenomenon observed by V.G. Korolkov on 29.01.81 coincides in many respects with the descriptions of the phenomenon of January 27, 1981. Similarities in the description:
PLACE OF OBSERVATION: Recreation area of the Volga Machine-building Plant. (10-15km from Rybinsk) (observations of Klementyev V. N., Khokhlov G.V., Muratovsky G.I. - recreation area of the VMZ; Mankovsky D.Ya., Romanova T.K. - Ribinsk).
OBSERVATION TIME: 18.10-15 min (observations of Donskoy Yu.F., Mankovsky T.L., Klementyev V.N., Khokhlov G.V., Muratovekogo G.I., Romanova T.K.).
THE SHAPE OF THE OBJECT: a ball (observations of Donskoy Yu.F., Mankovsky A.Ya., Klementyev V.N., Muratovsky G.I.).
DIRECTION TO THE OBJECT: north-northeast - east (observations of Donskoy Yu.F., Mankovsky A.Ya., Klementyev V.N., Khokhlov G.V., Muratovsky G.I., Romanova T.K.).
HEIGHT ABOVE THE HORIZON: 20° - 40° (observations of Donskoy D. F., Mankovsky A.L., Klementyev V. N., Khokhlov G.V., Muratovsky A.Ya., Romanova T.K.).
PRESENCE OF CLOUDS: absent (observations of Donskoy Yu.D., Mankovsky A.L., Klementyev V. N., Khokhlov G.V., Muratovsky G.I., Romanova T.K.).
In this regard, it can be assumed that the observer V.G. Korolkov mistakenly indicated the date of observation, and the phenomenon he observed was not January 29, but January 27, 1981.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
