On May 9, 1981, at about 2 a.m., a star appeared in the sky above the machine tool factory in the east, the size of ordinary stars. After a few seconds, a light blue light began to spread from this star, which formed a uniform circle in radius.
At the beginning of the star, it moved away like rays. The circle grew steadily larger. A kind of light shell was formed around this star. The star itself did not disappear. It was all clearly visible in the dark sky.
This drawing lasted about 15 minutes. Then this star began to gradually move away to the right side and, as it were, melt. And disappeared completely. And the circle remained. He was in this state for about 5 minutes.
Then this circle of light gradually began to dissolve and turned as if into a light blue feathery cloud. It was all clearly visible in the dark sky. This cloud, dissolving, took on various patterns and shapes.
After about half an hour, everything disappeared.
