On the night of May 15, 1981, at about 1:45 a.m., my husband, son and daughter-in-law, I observed an unusual phenomenon from the window of my apartment.

From the northeast, a brightly lit object appeared in the sky, which slowly moved westward, leaving behind arc-shaped streaks of light, elongated in length. The stripes joined at the end and formed a winding path like a tail. The stripes, as the object progressed, increased in length and width. There was no gap between the bands. There was no gap between the object and the stripes. A closed elliptical circle was formed. The stripes emanated from the object and trailed behind it. then the object stopped for a few seconds and, turning at an acute angle, began to move away to the north. The arc-shaped luminous stripes remained and began to fade, and the object, moving away, left behind a straight strip of light. It lasted about 15 minutes. there was no noise. The sky was cloudless, and everything was clearly visible. the body is round, about the size of a medium-sized orange.

At the time when the object was moving away, many points flashed brightly, like fireworks, in the place from where the object appeared, and they formed, as it were, a flower of 4 petals connected together. Then the dots began to fade very quickly and seemed to have failed.
