Lovers of sweets were horrified after a threatening "cavertel" was photographed on the streets of a quiet village.
Residents of Twigworth village, near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, were left speechless by the Halloween spectacle. The shocking figure was dressed from head to toe in a tight-fitting black suit.
The identity of the person under the clothes remains a mystery at the moment. But images of his riot were published online.
Speechless father James Patterson managed to photograph a figure running through the streets while walking or having a treat with his son. He described the "rigmarole" as "skinny and menacing."
Mr Patterson from Twigworth told Gloucestershire Live:
"I was just taking my son to a Trick-or-treat when I saw a black, skinny, somewhat menacing-looking figure rushing and dodging along the roads of the Bloor residential complex."
The father added that the man's rapid movement made the images even more frightening because of the blur. He explained that the figure was running along Tewkesbury Road towards the Bloor Homes residential complex.
This happened after the infamous "Somerset Rigmarole" court case. Where a man dressed in a full latex suit jumped out of the bushes to scare people.

The identity of the man underneath the outfit remains a mystery at this point. But images of him running riot were shared online.
Speechless dad James Patterson managed to snap a photo of the figure running through the streets while out trick or treating with his son. He described the 'gimp' as "scrawny and menacing".
Mr Patterson from Twigworth told Gloucestershire Live: "I was just taking my son out ‘Trick or Treating’ when I saw a black, scrawny, somewhat menacing looking figure in darting and dodging down the roads in the Bloor housing estate."
The dad added that the man's rapid darting made the images appear even more spooky, due to the blurring. He explained the figure ran down Tewkesbury Road towards the Bloor Homes development.
It comes after the infamous “Somerset gimp” court case. Where an individual dressed in a full-body latex suit was jumping out of bushes to scare people.
On October 27, Joshua Hunt, aged 32, from the Claverham area, was found guilty at Bristol Magistrates’ Court of two offences under the Public Order Act of causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress after scaring female motorists in Somerset while dressed in a gimp suit.
Avon and Somerset Police said Hunt was told to pay £200 compensation to three different victims and fined £100.

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
Probably, it is some man in a suit (probably, as in the above analogy, a tight dark one), who was filmed in motion.
