Description of the atmospheric phenomenon observed on May 14 at about 2 o'clock new time.

According to eyewitnesses: citizen Danilov A.A. was walking from work and sees such a phenomenon occurring in the atmosphere, first a column of white smoke rose from the ground at a height of about 100 m, and then a fireball began to form above the smoke and this ball began to increase, separated from the ball like a star and flew up, and the ball began to spread across the sky, and it turned out like a lead-colored cloud, so said another eyewitness from the Rakitlyansky state farm.
I, as the boss, saw this phenomenon for about 3 hours. In our sky there were white clouds stretched out in the tongue, also from the north the sky was red and the red hemisphere, as the sun rises. By 4 o'clock it had already dissipated.
We measured radiation using the DP-5 device, no radiation was detected, but everything looked like a nuclear explosion. The civil defense, the district committee, the district executive committee were raised.
We ask you to write to us, the phenomenon or not the phenomenon was observed.
That night we contacted Rzhev with the weather station, so there was nothing. Even with the police from Rzhevskaya, they had no fire.
We don't know what happened.
