My son (Elmar Eduardovich Zablotskis) served in the city of Mirny in the Arkhangelsk region in 1981. One morning at 6-00, a spherical cloud of light green color hung under the military town. The time of appearance was not noticed. After a few minutes, the cloud abruptly, as if without starting, making half a turn of the spiral at great speed, moved upwards and disappeared from sight, leaving a light green cloud in place, which then dissipated.
I am sure that the cloud that the crew of the Tallinn airport observed and the cloud that my son saw is a ship of another civilization. There are too many facts to write off everything as an abnormal phenomenon.
