Initial data
From a letter to the Commission on:
I live in Tartary.. One day, my friend and I went to work in the forest early in the morning, in the summer. It was in 1963. Harnessed the horse and went. The air was clear, there were no clouds, the stars were shining, there was no moon. Suddenly, something went straight down in the air. The speed is not very high, the height is also small. It descends, burns like a star, like a silvery moon, as it seemed to us, the size of a goose egg. It descends and throws another circle into different strons. This other circle gradually increases, shines a little and the two circles go down together. In the center, the circle first decreases, and then nothing remains, only a large circle shines with different colors, like a rainbow.
The circle was approaching the ground probably up to 3 km, kept in the air a little without doing anything, and then began to gradually slowly rise up and gather towards the center. In the center, it began to burn like the Moon, and in the circle there is a different light and it goes up, going to the center. There was nothing left in the circle and went straight into the air.
We looked at this phenomenon for probably 30 minutes. he was descending on a wooded area, but I think it's some kind of unprecedented wonderful object. This is not a fireball. If there are any people there, they may have given some kind of signal.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
