Knyazeva Rimma Ivanovna writes to the commission on:
At the end of the summer of 1967, at the request of a colleague at work on a Moskvich-403 (new) car I went to the Borovsk city area. on the way back, as soon as we passed the monument to Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya, the car suddenly stalled. I got out of the car, opened the hood, pumped gasoline manually, but the car wouldn't start. It became somehow gloomy, although it was about 15 o'clock, there was not a single car on the highway either back or in front. There is no one to count on for help, and then there is some kind of steel, a huge object, as if painted with hammer paint, hanging over the road, large and motionless.
I got into the car, told my companion, and she reassured me, "There are military units here."
The car wouldn't start, so we started eating pies. After eating, I got out of the car again. Something made a slight noise and a huge, as if placed one deep plate on top of another, the object began to move away from us, or rather in the opposite direction from Moscow.
I got into the car, turned the key, the car immediately started, jumped out, lowered the hood and even skipped the Ring Road in joy, and cars began to write about flying saucers. How I regretted later that I didn't look at everything carefully. And there was enough time for this, and the object hung quite low. I remember that when I entered Moscow, the sun was shining again.
