I read the article by correspondent V. Vostrukhin "Exactly at 4. 10 ..." in the newspaper "Trud" from 30/I-85g. And I decided to write to you, because I myself observed a similar phenomenon in 1971 or I972g. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly.

I was vacationing in the summer in a remote village of the Vologda region. As I remember now, it was a sultry summer day. In the sky, I was attracted by an object glittering in the sun. To my surprise, I clearly saw an object of white metal, very similar to aluminum, shaped like a cone, only with the top cut off. Like a flower pot. It was so unreal that I started watching. I noticed that standing in one place, he slowly rotated turning from a cone into a circle and back. It was very well illuminated by the sun. At what height he was, I can't say for sure. It seemed to me lower than the flight of a jet plane. The shape of the object was too clearly visible.

Then I got tired of watching and only in the evening before sunset I noticed a flicker in the cloud. This was also very surprising. In the middle of summer, and even in the Vologda region. northern lights?! (Although I've never seen a glow) Then something quite unusual happened. When we left the village club at about 1 o'clock or 2 o'clock in the morning, there was a bright light all around. (Although the nights are very dark there) It seems that the village and

its limits are illuminated by a powerful searchlight. It would be almost impossible to determine where the light was coming from (the illumination radius is too large) if I hadn't assumed that mysterious object. The lighting came from that side, but only a little lower.

I remember for some reason an unpleasant feeling, as if someone is looking at you directly in the eyes. But I may have accidentally remembered it. The lighting was quite bright. Somewhat brighter than the brightest moonlight. And besides, it was a ray. It was still visible, because I'm overly fantasizing.

I remember those feelings well. All this is so well remembered, because it is such an unusual phenomenon. When I returned to Leningrad, no one believed me, or they said it was some kind of test. Yes, I myself thought that it was too unreal all this. And they didn't write anything about it anywhere. That's why I didn't write anywhere. And now, after reading the article and comparing it with those observations, I was convinced of the unusual phenomenon. Maybe my observation will bring some benefit.
