On the evening of 19-15, we were standing at the bus stop, only 5 people.
The weather is great. We saw a fast-flying dot that looked like a burning flashlight. In 3-4 seconds. a spotlight beam formed from the point, flashed and went out, then a cloud began to grow, although the weather was cloudless, and the point disappeared.
When the cloud spread over the territory of the neighborhood, everyone saw a glowing dot appear again, which quickly flew in the opposite direction and sparkled like a star in the distance, after which it was observed again as a simple flashlight and quickly disappeared.
