It happened on October 17, 1978, after a working day. When approaching the entrance, I noticed that not very high in the sky, ahead of us, closer to the left yellow house, that is, in the direction where the lake is, to the right of the grayish cloud, some kind of incomprehensible light phenomenon seemed to "turn on".

I should note right away that the sky was generally quite clear and blue.

"This" was something similar to a fishing net, elongated in shape, thickened in the right part, in which a body was visible that shone with a metallic luster with rays that themselves looked like some kind of metal tubes.

In general, this body looked very much like an artificial satellite of the Earth, but it was at a very low altitude, compared with that at which satellites fly.

A metallic glow played on the object in its "rays, it's better to say so, probably. The light of the tube beams. The size of the object was very small, no bigger than, for example, an apricot or a peach. The cloud in which he was located (the "network") was much larger: approximately 3.5 lunar disks horizontally and 1 disk vertically.

The "tail" of the cloud - "network" was in constant motion: pulsations ran through it, and it itself was moving up and down all the time. The overall outline looks like the outline of a whale. The contour line is quite thick, it is more defined than the rest of the lines - especially in the back of the "cloud". This line was glowing. The object was moving, but very slowly: in 2-3 minutes of our observation, it passed no more than a distance equal to the diameter of the full moon. And, flashing brightly, it immediately went out somehow. and everything disappeared. It's like nothing ever happened.

If, for example, the rays of the Sun were reflected on a structure located.in the middle of the thickened part of the cloud, it seemed to me that the reflections would be colored. And since there was no Sun, and the reflections were gray, metallic, grayish with a tint of color.

The object was about 25-30 degrees above the horizon. Whether it was closer to us than the shore of the lake, I cannot say.

And all this, by the way, also looked like if the plane had just taken off or, on the contrary, was landing. In these cases, you usually distinguish some details of the design. Apparently, the object we were observing was at about the same distance. we saw him for 2 or 3 minutes.

His movement was from right to left, i.e. approximately to the east or southeast.
