S.I. Revin, our neighbor, stood nearby, was not very surprised, but said that he had already seen such a thing. The man himself is a man of few words, he seems to judge objectively. Here is his story.
At the end of September (he doesn't remember the date) at about 23 hours, he was fishing 7 km east of the village of Novoselitsky. It was a very dark night, with no moon. Suddenly, in the north, he saw the same "star". The whole phenomenon took place almost overhead (east of the North Star), except that everything was a little bigger, closer. The glow from the circle was very bright. He even began to distinguish the reeds on the opposite shore. "Wheels" were visible around the "spotlight circle".
V. Borodayenko, a supplier of the Lenin collective farm, also told about this phenomenon. Near the circle of white light, he saw all sorts of "details and a frame." I decided that the Lunokhod had been launched. I have not personally observed this phenomenon. I write from words.

Booster, the rocket and tracks
For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
