I observed an unidentified phenomenon in April 1982 (approximately April 10-15) at 4 a.m. (according to other sources - April 11 - B.I.N.) not far from Leningrad.

It was a luminous X-shaped body moving vertically upwards. There was a cone of light below. Then everything disappeared, and there was a cloud of glowing blue gas, which gradually dissipated.
