In the middle of April 1982, from two to three o'clock in the morning, I was with friends on the street (four people). We saw an unusual glow in the northeast of our hostel. Looking closer, we saw that it was a ball slightly larger than the Moon. we noticed him at the moment when he was already above the forest and moving up with a slope to the left, behind him there was a dark gray, almost black trail, curved shape.

Later, when the ball went up, in a straight line with an inclination to the left, no trace was observed, but the glow around the ball of green and blue colors was very clearly visible, the ball itself glowed with a light yellow light, similar to very attenuated sunlight. the observation of the ball lasted 3-4 minutes, and the dark-colored trail was visible for about 10 minutes, then the trail gradually began to melt, the glowing ball, slowly rising, disappeared. This ball was at a distance of 30-40 km from us and below the clouds .

In the place where the balloon was observed, the sky was clear, although small cumulus clouds were observed in the sky. The dark trail, expanding at the top, is three times as wide as the diameter of the ball. The dark trail stopped when the ball began a straight-line movement to the left.

The eyewitness did not hear anything about UFOs.
