In the summer of 1976. I was standing outside with a group of guys. The time was about 10-11 p.m., the sky was dark, the stars were visible. Suddenly, at an altitude of about 45 degrees above the horizon, we noticed an object that glowed with a bright, blue-white light and had the shape of a cone flying nose forward.
This luminous object moved quite slowly along the northern side of the sky for about 15 minutes. And then disappeared, decreasing in size and fading. About 5 minutes after we saw him, he remained motionless in place. Over a period of about 10 minutes, the ring increased in size and gradually disappeared.
We didn't feel any fear or anything else, just curiosity. There were no sound effects.
There was a divergent beam of light behind the object, which corresponded in brightness and color to a street lamp. The forest fell into the beam area, it was clear that it was illuminated. The outline of the object is not sharp, blurred.
