On September 16, at 21: 45, Taisiya Afanasyevna Chernova went out to

the yard and called those in the house: "Go look quickly"

Besides me, my wife and Kirill Fedorovich Chernov ran out. Everyone saw a big glowing ball in the sky. The ball consisted of a translucent luminous shell and a bright luminous disk. The color of the glow was the same - white.

The ball shone more strongly than the shell by 3-4 times, its glow seemed much brighter than the Moon, at least not paler than the Moon.

The shell appeared to be swirling directly next to the disk, as if smoke was shimmering. This was not observed on the periphery of the shell, there was just a constant glow. The size of the shell is 4-5 diameters of the Moon.

The shell had a regular, round shape without deformations. At first, the disk was 1\4 Lunar in size.

When he appeared at the horizon, T.A.Chernova saw him the size of the Moon. He moved silently, evenly, rectilinearly, to the left of the observers.

The disk shrank and when it was at an altitude of 50 degrees above the horizon, it turned into a bright star, much brighter than all the stars and satellites.

Then the star began to go out and then disappeared. At the same time, the size of the shell did not change - it did not decrease, did not increase and disappeared later than the asterisk - it faded, its edges became more blurry, finally it ceased to be visible.

After that, the sky was normal for a while. There was a very faint glow in the path of the object. Then the glow began to intensify, formed into a lane on the way, but the lane was less pronounced and less bright than the luminous stripes on September 13. Then the stripe began to fade and disappeared.

The feeling was eerie, probably from the strangeness of the sight.

There was no moon in the sky, there seemed to be faint vague clouds. But the object did not "interact" with the clouds.

In the following days, for another four days, I paid attention to the sky at the same time, but I did not see anything similar, any remnants of the glow.
