12/27/80 at 7:30 going to work (and I am a soldier) I saw something strange. First, ahead of him on the course on the horizon, a narrow pale ray of light. It seemed that it was the light of a spotlight or light from another source - a car, a flashlight, etc.

But suddenly the beam opened into a cone and became very bright and beautiful (I even stopped, and now I remember everything to the last detail).

The beam did not shine for long. Iridescent colors were visible in its glow, fog or clouds swirled, in general, a fantastic phenomenon. I did not attach much importance to this - I still live in the Arctic, where there are auroras, etc.

When I arrived at the office, they were already arguing about it. There were various conversations and guesses. But one thing surprised me - a narrow light and pale in brightness, opening instantly into a cone and illuminating the Earth, as if looking for something or photographing. And then disappearing without a trace.

I didn't see anything else. It even seemed to me that I had picked up "bunnies".

I read a note by V. Vorobyov in the newspaper Polyarnaya Pravda and calmed down. But the note "Exactly at 4.10" suggests fantastic thoughts and not only for me.
