Zagorsky, born in 1956, lives in Gorky, Timiryazeva str., works at 145, member of the Komsomol, part-time student of the State Pedagogical Institute named after A.A. Zhdanov.
At the end of September, early October 1978, my wife and I were with her grandmother Zueva
about 12-13 o'clock in his garden opposite Mr. Sherbinki - 2 (Gorky). Despite her poor eyesight (-3.5D), Marina noticed an unusually tall man standing on an unfinished building located opposite the garden across a ravine about 300 m from the garden.
Externally, the figure was slightly larger than the openings of the loggias (balconies) on the left side of the building (if viewed from the garden). The man was dressed in a tight-fitting dark jumpsuit
without a belt, as if in a hood, the face was not visible, the shoes were not visible on the feet (as if for one thing with a jumpsuit). There were no fingers visible on his hands; it is possible that he was wearing "mittens".
It seemed unusual in the behavior of this man that he walked along the wall there
and back again, he mumbled something, stopped for a while, put his hands to his mouth and screamed with a howl for 8-10 seconds, starting from a low key and up to a relatively high one.
In general, his voice was generally rude. He walked along the wall with his hands on his hips.
In one of his passes, we counted that he took 9-10 steps. In total, we have observed it
about 30 min. He shouted, facing the table and the side of the avenue. Gagarin, then he went through the metal ladder and went down from it, ceasing to be visible.
As he descended, the ladder trembled violently. After that, we packed up and went home, because we had already finished working in the garden. Although, I must say, the observation of a tall man left a very bad impression.
He remembered that that day in the evening he went to the institute, there was physics, it was always on Wednesdays, even a notebook with a drawing of a man on the house came across (they found the date of laboratory work on Thursday, September 28, then the case was, apparently, 27/IX)
