I witnessed a phenomenon that occurred in August 1983 in the mountains, near a television tower that is being built near the village Gergebil in Dagestan. It was about 10 p.m. I went down to the mountain river to swim. I didn't take the camera that I was walking around with all the time, because it was already dark. Suddenly, high in the mountains, next to the tower, I saw a glowing body. After hanging, the object released 2 beams of bright white color.
After 2 minutes, 2 concentric luminous rings formed around it. The object began to move, but strangely it moved as if fading, another object appeared further away, like a ghost of this, they began to approach and melted (they could hardly be seen).
At this time, 2 thin concentric rings were growing, they grew in jerks like soap bubbles. They haven't occupied half of the sky yet, but even then they remained distinct.
