A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE MYSTERIOUS PHENOMENON OBSERVED LATE IN THE EVENING AT THE END

At about twelve o'clock in the morning, I went out onto the balcony (the third floor of a five-story building) and

I saw a bright object of unusual shape in a completely clear darkening gray sky.

His shell-like body (of course, you can find other comparisons, look at the photos) it ended in a fiery tail, very similar to the ejection during the launch of a space rocket.

However, the body did not move in any particular direction, it seemed to hover above the ground and only pulsated, as if on springs, with an amplitude of about the pendulum of a wall clock.

Then, suddenly, something like a steel band began to stand out from the lower nasal part of the body. Very quickly, a structure with clearly geometric shapes was formed: a circle, bundles, crossbars, etc.

After the formation of the "probe", the pulsation of the object continued. It seemed as if the object was making some kind of observations, probing or something else.

Then I returned to the apartment, grabbed the fatoapparate and was very sorry that it was not charged, but decided to charge it. I had a film, though it was old, preserved from the time of my work in the Tashkent department of TASS photo chronicles. In 3-4 minutes, I charged the device, went out on the balcony again.

The object was in the same condition, throbbing. Here I examined it more closely. The light around the body, as well as the body itself, were white with a slight admixture of redness, and in some places it was thicker. (However, I admit that I am somewhat colorblind with shades, semitones, I can find it difficult.)

In total, I observed the object for twenty to twenty-five minutes. During this time, I managed to take six shots of the shooting.

The first pictures turned out to be bright and clear, the subsequent ones only vaguely resemble the image in the first pictures. But on the other hand, the further activity of the mysterious object can be traced.

He began to move away rapidly, truly at the speed of light. I thought that if he had gone in my direction, I would not have had time to hide in the apartment. I must admit, this feeling made me feel a little creepy.

And one more impression about the speed of object removal. It was as if a light source had been turned off, say a lantern on a pole. But in that case, everything, except for some glow, should be gone. And this object, in general, to keep its shape and only, has greatly decreased in size. This can be concluded by simply measuring the details of the images with a school ruler.

But the difference in the thickness of the parts is especially noticeable.

I was shooting an object with an open aperture, at a shutter speed of "b" - by hand. The device was mounted on the balcony railing.

At one time, he sent pictures of the mysterious phenomenon of S.P. Kapitsa to the television magazine "Obvious-incredible". I did not receive a response. I received a letter from the magazine "Science and Life" in which a certain consultant V. A. Markin in an irritable tone rejected my photo information, and at the same time any possibility of the existence of UFOs. However, I did not claim anything supernatural, but only

I asked the magazine if it would be interested in my observation, supported by photographs.

What else can I add to what has been said? According to my calculations, the object was located about eight to ten kilometers from the place of observation and filming. There are other people in the city who have seen this phenomenon.
