Alexander Anatolyevich Grebenshchikov, the master of the workshop, writes to the Commission on AI:
On June 14-15, at 23-55 or 00-05, I observed in the northern part of the sky a luminous object 3 times smaller than the disk of the Moon. it was moving parallel to the horizon, low over the forest, and glowing arcs were moving away from it.
We watched it for about 4 minutes. then there was a flash, and the glow decreased. It seemed that the object had changed its direction of movement and gone into the distance.
