On September 25, 197, No. 225, we also witnessed this phenomenon.On September 14, at 3:50 a.m., after leaving the house, we first saw a small bright blue ball in the sky from the direction of Ivanov, which increased in size very quickly, began to fade with magnification, only the white border loomed brightly.
Soon, all that blue disappeared, leaving only one white circle. Inside this circle, two brightly glowing spots were visible, which shone brightly with rays, and above them was a red spilled spot. The circle soon disappeared, and everything else disappeared behind it.
