"Little Shop of Horrors" (English: "Little Shop of Horrors") is a musical film, a horror comedy, released in 1986. A film adaptation of a musical based on the 1960 film of the same name.
One day, walking through the flower market, a young employee of the flower shop Seymour Krelborn finds an unusual plant; he brings it to the store, where he puts botanical experiments on it. By coincidence, this plant attracts the public with its exoticism, and soon Seymour becomes famous throughout the city.
In the process of caring for the plant, Seymour understands that the flower prefers blood instead of fertilizers, and human meat has a particularly fruitful effect on its growth and development of the plant.
After a while, it turns out that the plant came from outer space with the aim of enslaving humanity and seizing the planet Earth.
Phenomena in artwork: The Alien
An unusual carnivorous plant turns out to be an alien from outer space who arrived during a total solar eclipse. The main character, observing a rare astronomical phenomenon, heard a buzzing sound, and when he looked back, he saw an unfamiliar plant in a pot next to other flowers.
The plant, which is given the name Audrey 2, feeds on the blood and flesh of people. From such food, it gains strength and grows rapidly, filling an entire room with itself in just a few days. The plant is able to move, and when it reaches a size comparable to a human, it begins to speak and even sing, demanding more and more food from its owner.
When the plant grows, it begins to grow boxes with flowers, each of which can speak and probably has its own mind.
The purpose of the alien is to populate the planet by spreading the appendages throughout the Earth.
It is possible to kill the alien with the help of a high-voltage electric current, from which it explodes with sparks and disappears without a trace.
