Ten years after the events of the first movie, Tallahassee, Columbus, Wichita and little Rock become experts to identify and kill different kinds of zombies and created their home in an abandoned White house. Heading to Babylon, the band meets Madison, who explains that the symptoms similar to zombification, caused Allergy to nuts. It turns out that Columbus had spared her in the woods, shooting over his head.

The characters come to Babylon, surrender arms and find little Rock. Soothing Tallahassee leaves friends and goes, but on the way meets a crowd "T-800", attracted by the fireworks of the commune. He returns to warn friends about the imminent attack. Left without weapons heroes devise a plan to destroy the zombies with the explosive biofuels.

The zombie Horde is more numerous than expected, and surviving the monsters surround the heroes. At the last moment on a huge truck arrives Albuquerque Nevada and rescues friends. The joint efforts of the main characters and members of the community are driving the zombies in a skyscraper and dropping them from the roof.

Wichita accepts the offer of Columbus. Little Rock is breaking up with Berkeley, who immediately switched to Madison. The group, joined by Nevada, leaving Babylon. Columbus notes that they finally found each other, home and family.
