South-Eastern Australia embraced large-scale sand storm that stretches more than 500 kilometers. Mainly in the area of the disaster hit villages in the state of New South Wales, including the capital — Sydney.
The local authorities recommended that children, the elderly and anyone who suffers from respiratory diseases, not to leave the house. On the street dropped significantly the visibility of the capital's attractions such as Sydney harbour bridge and the Opera house, wrapped in red dusty sand cloud. The city declared a storm warning.
