Circles is a village in the Trinity Administrative District of Moscow (until July 1, 2012 was part of the Naro-Fominsky district of the Moscow region). It is part of the settlement of Novofodorovsky.
Around the modern village on topographical maps of the 19th century you can see a circular sift. The settlement, which has appeared in the center of this sing since the second quarter of the 20th century, bears the official name of the Circles. The name of the village is related to its location.
The name is speaking. If you rise above the village it becomes clear why - it's a former radio field. That's just there was no field ever, and the rays are on the map of 1860. Indeed, from this place radially diverge seets, which are now not very visible ...
In the Soviet guidebooks on hiking, this place is listed as the "Moscow web." By the way - the layout of the Moscow park "Sokolniki" has exactly the same layout with radiation throughs.

Ну, радио открыли только в конце 19 века (первая передача информации с помощью радиоволн состоялась в 1895 г.). Так что, разумеется, в 1860-м никакого "радиополя" там быть не могло.
Непонятно, что вообще тут имеют в виду под "радиополем". Возможно, имеется в виду антенное поле – компактно расположенная группа приёмных и/или передающих антенно-фидерных устройств, создаваемая в составе полевых или стационарных радиоузлов, радиостанций, а также на крупных современных плавсредствах и летательных аппаратах. Однако такие поля обычно делают на открытых участках местности, а вовсе не посреди леса. Да и радиальной конфигурации они вроде бы иметь не должны. Традиционное антенное поле показано на рисунке ниже.
Скорее всего, эти просеки имеют другое происхождение. Возможно, это были дороги, расходящиеся от поселка в другие населенные пункты. Подобные просеки имеются например в московском парке "Сокольники".
