In the sky over the city of Blagoveshchensk in the Amur region it was possible to observe an unusual natural phenomenon, which mysteriously sparkled and shimmered. It appeared to be a halo, which is a kind of rainbow around the sun, unusual for the winter period.

According to witnesses a unique natural phenomenon, they first could not understand, whence a bright light in the sky, which saw the arrival of a UFO. Other local residents believed that the military had a new weapon, or a flying machine, but in reality it was much easier.

In connection with the prevailing weather conditions in the sky appeared a halo, which requires several factors in the form of high humidity, bright sun and severe frost.
