Two people recently were driving on the pan-American highway, when in place, located some 20 kilometers from Arequipa, they saw "a strange being, a Martian," which "resembled a shrub. He was only 80 inches high and had only one eye". The creature was of a blackish color. Apart from one Golden eye in his head, he had other small eyes located up and down the body."
