According to the American TV station WFLA, not far from the town of Naples (Florida), a man while Jogging on the ocean came across a jellyfish of such impressive size that it seemed to be able to absorb it. By the way, the witness was also Russian, his name is Anatoly Smirnov.

Anatoly captured the impressive creation on his smartphone and posted the picture on social networks. You can see that the diameter of the jellyfish is about 1.5 meters, while it is painted in a purple hue.

According to Smirnov, he has been running on the coast for a long time and regularly, almost daily, but this is the first time he has encountered this.

According to the scientist, Smyrnoy photographed an extremely rare and absolutely harmless jellyfish belonging to the species Drymonema larsoni. The length of the creature's tentacles can reach twenty meters, and if it stings them, it feels like a mosquito bite.
