Local resident Kadyrbek Abdyrakhmanov worked as the head of a road construction team and returned home late after a delay at work. Grabbing the door handle, he suddenly felt a state of levitation, as if he had suddenly lost weight, and was surprised to find himself flying through the air.
A few moments later, he found himself in a mountain gorge called Ukok, about 10-12 km from Kochkorka. A moment later, still in a state of weightlessness, he heard the following phrase:
“We're not going to the lake. We're going back."
In complete bewilderment, Kadyrbek looked at his watch, it was 19: 25. It was already getting dark, and Kadyrbek, without wasting time on thinking about what had happened, walked to his farm.
Once again, as he walked, he felt a strange sense of lightness in his body. Passing by the fence, he approached the local TV tower and noticed a floating object in the shape of a ball.
The upper part of the UFO was dark, while the lower part radiated a dull light. In appearance, the object was about 12 meters in diameter. Kadyrbek was seized with a strong fear, he knelt down and began to read verses from the holy Koran, but from fear he could not finish the prayer.
Finally, he went to his nephew's house and called for help. His nephew, wife and children ran out into the street and saw the UFO receding.
Kadyrbek felt so weak that his nephew had to take him home. It seemed strange that the witness's clothes were completely clean, not even dusty.
It is noteworthy that on the same day in different parts of the USSR, including in the Crimea, in Ukraine, many other UFOs were observed.

Moments later he found himself in a mountainous ravine called Ukok, approximately 10-12km from Kochkorka. In a moment while he was still in a state of weightlessness he heard the following phrase, “We are not flying to lake. We return”. In total puzzlement, Kadyrbek looked at his watch, the time was 1925. It was getting dark and without wasting time thinking about what had happened, Kadyrbek began to walk towards his hamlet. Again as he walked he began to feel a strange light-feeling in his body. Passing by a fence he approached a local television tower and noticed a globe-shaped object hovering near him. The upper section of the UFO was dark while the lower section emitted a matt light. In appearance the object was about 12m in diameter. Kadyrbek was seized with strong fear, he kneeled down and began praying verses from the holy Koran, but he couldn’t complete the prayers out of fear. Finally he approached the home of his nephew and yelled for help. His nephew, his wife and kids ran outside and saw the UFO departing. Kadyrbek felt so weak that his nephew had to drive him home. It seemed strange that the witness clothing were completely clean, not even dusty. Remarkably on that same day numerous other UFOs were observed in different parts of the USSR including the Crimea, Ukraine.
