The black tornado scared the residents of the city of Shilka in the Baikal region with its unbridled furious movement. Eyewitnesses managed to film this incredible phenomenon, which occurred on May 6 in the area of the ballast quarry. Despite the fact that the tornado lasted about 4-5 minutes, he managed to scare the locals with his power and unrestrained. 

One of the eyewitnesses said that the tornado was moving through the wasteland, so no damage was caused by it. However, this does not mean that such a phenomenon cannot cause significant damage to people and the environment.
