Initial data
A bright and blurry "star" was photographed in the daytime over the city of Putten.
An eyewitness reports:
I thought I saw a star because it was in the first place. But the object sometimes brightened and after that was almost invisible. He stayed in one place for a long time, but eventually moved to the east.
I changed my seat 3 times, but I couldn't see at what speed because of work. The ability to see for several minutes when it hangs in the same place.
The object was at a gigantic height.
The most likely explanation according to ufomeldpunt.nl - planet:
It must have been the planet Jupiter. It is bright enough to see it with the naked eye during the day. Really tall.
Original news
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.

Investigation
According to the website:
Jupiter in July is observed in the morning sky. The planet rises around 2 a.m. at the beginning of the month and around 1 a.m. at the end in the east, where it is observed until sunrise. The conditions for observing Jupiter are different for different latitudes.
