Initial data
Yuri Lina writes to the Commission on:
April 19th. In 1968, at 23-35, in Tallinn, Agnes Ulrich (70 years old) observed from her window an object that suddenly appeared in her field of vision and resembled a wash basin or two round ashtrays stacked together. The UFO emitted a bright light that flooded the entire facade of the house and the street. The object appeared from behind and was moving in the direction of Koplipralia and the Paljassaare peninsula. One could see a connecting line separating the upper part from the lower one, which had two triangular "horns" attached to it. The front "horn" was pointing up, and the rear one was pointing down. At the ends of the "horns" and at the attachment points there were especially bright red lights that illuminated the surroundings.
The UFO itself glowed with a beautiful green light so that its contours were clearly visible. It moved quite slowly and very smoothly, slower than an airplane, but faster than a Zeppelin (an observer saw them once). There was no sound. The observation lasted about 1 minute.
The next day, an elderly woman observed the planes, they were completely different from what she had seen the day before.
Hypotheses
The airship
The aircraft lighter than air, which is a combination of the balloon with the mover (usually a screw with an electric motor or internal combustion engine) and the system of the orientation control (steering control), through which the airship can move in any direction regardless of the direction of air flow.
The shape of the airships are divided into:
