A creature from Belarusian mythology who laughs at the moment when a misfortune happens to a person.

There is a belief that a person behind his back has a certain unclean called a Giggler. They say that if something bad can happen to a person or people close to him, the Giggler begins to rejoice at this, laughing thinly and often: "Hee-hee, hee-hee, hee-hee, hee-hee..." Turning sharply at this moment, you can see a small creature that looks like it resembles a monkey in some way, and it has small horns on the top of its head. But taking his laughter as a warning, it is often possible to prevent trouble.
