SpaceX successfully launched 60 more Internet satellites as part of the Starlink project. The launch took place from the Kennedy space center site in Florida on the morning of October 6.
Recall that the launch was postponed three times before: weather conditions prevented it twice, and once there were problems with the sensor.
The mission involved reusing the stage of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle, which had previously performed two separate flights (including the launch of Crew Dragon Demo-2 with SpaceX's first human crew-NASA astronauts Bob Benken and Doug Hurley).
Thus, twelve Starlink missions have already been successfully implemented. This means that more than 700 satellites have already been launched into Earth's orbit.
The company claims to have reached channel speeds of up to 100 megabits per second. Elon Musk intends to make the beta version of the service available to everyone by the end of this year.
