Initial data
At 19:30 Mrs. Trent was feeding the rabbits in the driveway when he noticed an unusual flying object flying towards her from the Northwest. Shouting that her husband brought his camera and Mrs. Trent stood when her husband took two pictures of the object. Because of the speed of the object he was able to make only two photographs. The object seemed headed West to the neighboring farmhouse, and then quickly disappeared from the scene.
Shortly after the incident, the pictures were published in a local newspaper Mcminnville, Oregon, and then appeared in room magazine "Life" published on 26 June 1950. More than 50 years ago, these photos were deemed authentic. It is believed that this is one of the best early UFO photos.
