Initial data
At 6:50 PM Viks (Mr. W. H. Weekes) noticed a small glowing object. He appeared near Orion, and approached slowly in a straight line, increasing to the apparent diameter of the moon. He changed its shape from spot light to the "hot iron ball" hovered for about three minutes, and then ascesa in the fiery downpour.
Thus, bject first remained stationary for 1 min 45 seconds, then moved horizontally for a full 45 seconds.
