Las sierras del Valle de Punilla se convirtieron desde fines de la década del setenta en un centro de peregrinación para los amantes de los fenómenos extraterrestres, quienes llegan en diferentes períodos del año con la expectativa de vivenciar un encuentro de tercer tipo y avistar OVNIS. Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Investigation
The objects in the photo a bit "smeared". This occurs when using long exposures (it lets you see more detail when shooting in the dark), but the moving objects look elongated.
