An eyewitness claims:
I took a picture on my balcony, or rather two, at the same time, there is nothing on one, and it is posted on the other, can anyone tell me what it is? I haven't seen anything yet, I wasn't looking at the phone, but at the sky, because it was a photo taken enough to show the time to my boyfriend Gennaro.

A woman in Italy took two photos and a UFO appeared out of know where in one of them. Italy is close to the Rocca Pia, Italy UFO base below the castle...it was an alien interaction with people that lasted several decades. This is absolute proof that the Rocca Pia base is still active even today.

Ho fatto una foto fuori dal mio balcone, anzi due, nello stesso istante, in una non c'è niente e l'altra invece è questa pubblicata, qualcuno mi dice cos è?
Io nel mentre non ho visto nulla, non guardavo nel telefono ma nel cielo, perché era una foto fatta tanto per mostrare il tempo al mio ragazzo Gennaro.

Beetles and other insects
Flying insects in photos and videos can be mistaken for UFOs.
Shooting can take place in the daytime or in the evening. When moving, the outlines of the insect can be both blurred and clear. Depending on this, dark spots or spots of bizarre shapes can be taken for UFOs. The video shows UFOs hovering in the sky, flying in a straight line or moving along a complex trajectory (for example, shooting May bugs near a tree against the background of the evening sky). Insects can be mistaken for UFOs by accident, or given out intentionally. At night, they can be highlighted by a flash.
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure
Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
Since 2 photos were taken almost simultaneously, but UFOs are only on one of them, most likely it is some kind of object flying by (bird, insect, etc.) relatively close to the camera.
