Original news

Workers at a London pub have been left spooked after ghostly goings-on were caught on camera.
Hackney-based MEATmission – a branch of popular food chain MEATliquor – has been flooded with rumours of "hauntings" ever since it opened. One particular CCTV footage – obtained exclusively by Daily Star Online – has sent chills down the spine of those who work there.
It shows general manager Jess sitting at a table on her laptop on October 21.
No one else appears to be in the room but then, suddenly, two lights begin moving above her head.
Clearly spooked, Jess looks up at the strange sight before the clip comes to an end.Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, the general manager said: “I’ve been working here for over four years and there are always weird things happening.
“[Anything from] lights flickering, glasses smashing without being touched, sauce bottles falling on their own accord and sometimes there’s an eerie feeling but I just put it down to the age of the building but now, seeing this, I’m pretty terrified.”The team started digging into the history of the building and discovered it was originally a Christian mission that was bombed during WW2.
It was then rebuilt in 1952 with stained glass windows and had a confessional box to add to its spookiness.
Scott Collins – owner of MEATmission – also weighed in on the spooky happenings.
He told this site he was sceptical of the rumours until he saw the footage.
Hypotheses
The mechanical effect
Mechanical effects on objects of various natural factors may be something mystical (e.g., poltergeist). Such factors may include scratches and teeth marks on objects, bruises and bite marks on the man's fingerprints revealed by dust, etc.

Deliberate falsification
This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.
There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.
Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.
Take pictures and video from the screen
Most often this method is used to hide the detail, allowing to identify a fake, because of the fear of lost a significant part of fine detail, distorted image, etc.
However, it may be a special case of the use of frames from films, broadcasts etc. for fraud.
