The flight of a large luminous object in the shape of a ball was seen as it moved along the line of the Donets river and Gorlovka. Shortly after, North of Donetsk, the object exploded, illuminating the area within a radius of several kilometers. Local residents began to find debris, including near the Vashki river. Some fragments were seized by the local police.

Today, a local resident of Gorlovka, who wished to remain anonymous, wrote to us in the mail. He expresses bewilderment and distrust of the original source, since the localization is indicated as "Komi Region, Ukraine". The Donets river and Gorlovka are really located in the Donetsk region, and the river Vashka (Vazhka, By) in the Komi Republic and the Arkhangelsk region. But between these points about 1692 km in a straight line and it is not clear what the locals saw and what they collected.
