The witness was camping with a friend in an isolated pasture when he awoke to a sound similar to that of grain machinery.
He couldn't identify the source of the noise, and as he reached to open the flap of the tent, he heard a voice in his head telling him that he should go back to sleep, which he did.
A few days later, he discovered several circular holes in the field that were 4 inches (10.16 cm) in diameter and 2 inches (5.08 cm) deep.
