The strange phenomenon drew the attention of tourists in the Chelyabinsk region. Right in the middle of the forest on Taganay, they found an area where all the trees were felled in one direction.

Photos of the abnormal forest area were posted in social networks by a local resident. After visiting the Alexander hill, the man came across an amazing place. In an unusual way, fallen trees in the Northern part of the forest look very strange. There are no signs of external influence, such as fire. Right next to the fallen trees – absolutely normal healthy trees. The author of the photos turned to other users with the question: what is it? Could it be the impact of a meteorite? The Tunguska meteorite and its impact on the surrounding nature immediately comes to mind.

As it turned out, this is not the only such case. Under the post, people began to share photos taken several years ago in Taganay and other places. Experienced tourists also joined the discussion.

According to them, captured by residents is not an anomaly. This is a fairly common natural phenomenon. These things usually happen in winter. When the wind is particularly strong, the trees tend to bend, and the snow presses them to the ground. It turns out that the whole area of trees is tilted in one direction.

Another explanation is that the forest is attacked by parasites, spoiling the trunks. Weakening, they easily bend under external influence.
