Residents of Santa Rosa, who were woken up by a piercing sound and bright light, watched a UFO that circled over the village and finally stopped on the riverbank The turbo. It emitted multicolored lights and caused panic among local residents.
When it landed, human figures could be seen moving "slowly and like robots" inside the object.
When a crowd of people with flashlights began to approach the landing site, the UFO took off again. He stood on the ground for five minutes. There were traces of the chassis, as well as "greasy loose material".

Landing gear marks were left, as well as “a greasy granular material.”
