Initial data
An eyewitness from the city of Oosterend Terschelling writes:
We rode our bike and took pictures. Later in the photos, was it a special spot of light (seen from clouds?) that gives shape to a cylindrical object. To show that this is a sharp photo, I added the original photo.
* The object was seen when viewing photos.
In the opinion of ufomeldpunt.nl this is the reflection from the lenses.
Original news

The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Re-reflections in lens lenses from a strong light source
The lens consists of a set of lenses (in some lenses - of mirrors), designed for mutual compensation of aberrations and assembled into a single system.
From the contour light (bright light sources behind the subject or next to it), caught in the frame or located outside the frame, parasitic reflections from the internal elements of the lens are formed, called glare (or in slang "hares").
Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.

Investigation
Since an eyewitness indicates that "The object was seen when viewing photos," the most likely explanation, based on the appearance of the object, is really a glare.
