On a hot, cloudless day, the man was working alone on Meliden Road when he suddenly felt the urge to look up.

As he did so, he was stunned to see an object with a glass cabin hovering low overhead.

Inside the cockpit, he could see the pilot's seat and the shape of a man similar to the man standing behind the pilot's seat. He said that a strange ship had no wings, and its body was white, but his cabin was reminiscent of glass.

In the rear of the ship was a spoiler, reminiscent of the spoiler of a Grand Prix racing car.

"The ship was moving very slowly," said the witness, who was suddenly distracted when he looked up again, the UFO had disappeared.

Inside the cockpit he was able to see a pilot’s seat and the shape of what looked like a man standing behind the pilot’s chair. He said the strange vessel had no wings and its bodywork was white but its cockpit resembled glass. At the rear of the craft appeared to be a spoiler, which resembled that of a grand prix racing car. “The craft moved very slowly,” said the witness who was suddenly distracted, once he looked up again the UFO had disappeared.
