Three years after a heavy rainstorm left a mysterious gelatinous substance on the ground, and at least one witness, Sunny Barcliffe, saw several unmarked black helicopters flying low over the ground.

These helicopters were followed by a large triangular-shaped ship that was completely silent and glowed all over its periphery.

Four strangers in dark suits visited the city and asked about the "gel shower" incident. Local police officer John Lubben entered the license plates of their cars. They belonged to someone living in Fort Hood, Texas , possibly an Army intelligence officer.
