The witness was at work, in a store in Uptown, and was standing at the door, which was open, when he saw something running. He went out the door, and by then it was too far down the road for a person running on foot.
It was as fast as the witness could turn his head. He ran to the edge of the motel parking lot and stopped at the bushes. He stopped and looked at the witness again.
He was brown in color, dressed in brown clothes, all the same color, skin and clothing, tight-fitting body, large dark eyes, but normal head and limbs, except for very thin ones.
Too thin to be human - at least, someone who could run so fast. Discouraged, the witness broke eye contact and returned inside.

He stepped out the door and by then it was too far down the road to have been a human running on foot. It was as fast as the witness could turn his head. It ran to the edge of the motel parking area and stopped at the bushes. It stopped and looked back at the witness. It was brown, wearing brown clothing, all the same color skin and clothes, form fitting, large dark eyes but normal looking head and limbs except extremely thin. Too thin to have been a human—at least one that could run that fast. Unnerved, the witness broke eye contact and went back inside.
